SIMAI Technology has officially launched a 14.12MWh BESS project in Brașov, Romania, marking a key milestone in its European expansion. The project has entered the equipment delivery phase. It will enhance grid flexibility, improve energy efficiency, and support renewable energy integration in Romania. This initiative strengthens SIMAI’s position in the Romanian and Eastern European markets, delivering reliable and high-performance energy storage solutions for the regional energy transition.

On March 11, 2026, SIMAI Technology SRL met with TCL Solar in Bucharest to enhance C&I solar cooperation in Romania. They agreed to develop customized C&I solutions and ensure stable module supply via TCL Solar’s European warehouses. This partnership strengthens SIMAI’s PV+storage offerings and supports local renewable energy development.

On March 10, 2026, SIMAI Technology SRL held a working meeting with KPMG representatives at its Bucharest headquarters. As a global leader in audit and advisory services, KPMG will cooperate with SIMAI in financial audit, compliance and consulting. The meeting further promoted the partnership, helping SIMAI improve corporate governance, financial transparency and sustainable development during its European market expansion.

SIMAI Technology SRL has been officially appointed as Solis’ exclusive general distributor in Romania for 2026, building on a strong 2025 performance where it sold over 300 MW of Solis inverters across Europe. This renewal further strengthens the long-term strategic partnership between the two parties.
